Don't blame Vatican 2 for what is wrong with the Church. A case can be made that Vatican 2 was called in order to stem this tide of moral decay. It is like blaming the death of cattle who died from starvation due to drought after being vaccinated against a plague that erupted due to a great drought, on the vaccination rather than the drought. In this example the moral decay is the drought and the plague coming from the drought of faith being replaced by reason and where everything in the faith including the mysteries of faith like the Trinity had to have a logical, rational explanation. All that the prophecy of Good Success shows us is that the decay will become clearer after Vatican 2 council and not that Vatican 2 is the cause of it. If you want to blame a Church Council blame the 1st Vatican Council not the 2nd Vatican Council. There is no way that the moral deterioration could happen in such a short time after Vatican 2 if the foundation wasn't laid down decades before the time. Take note that Our Lady of Good Success said that the decay will start at the end of the 19th Century and go on into the latter part of the 20th century. This shows that Vatican 2 is at the end of the crisis and not at the beginning of the crisis. Vatican 1 happened in 1870 which qualifies as the end of the 19th century. Vatican 1 unknowingly brought the crisis when it said that faith and reason go together. This caused many people to explain faith through reason alone. So, they dismissed miracles of exorcism as psychological counseling, and miracles like feeding of the 5000 as people sharing their packed lunches with everyone in spite the fact that the people had no food with them and dismissing Jesus's Resurrection as the apostles merely remembering Jesus' message and continuing to fight for the same cause that caused Jesus' death. What happened in the convents after Vatican 2 was not what Vatican 2 said or called for. It was done in the spirit of Vatican 2 which had nothing to do with Vatican 2 but was a camouflage to bring the spirit of the world into the Church. So, there is need to implement the reformation of Vatican 2 and not to reform the reformation since the reformation of Vatican 2 never happened. Instead what was seen as Vatican 2 reforms was Freemasonic influence in the Church. This is why Mary told that the rich not to be on the fence but assisting the Church financially in spreading the Gospel. It is because the Rich Masons owned printing presses and spread their Masonic doctrine in so called Vatican 2 Catechisms that was said to include the Vatican 2 reforms in spite of the fact that Vatican 2 never made any doctrinal reforms. So instead of Vatican 2 reforms, Masonic doctrine was being introduced. This is what caused the death of faith and people not wanting to make use of the sacraments. Take note that the prophecy says that people will no longer make use of the sacraments and not that the Sacraments won't be available. This shows that priests would be available to give the sacraments, but people won't ask the priest to administer the sacraments of anointing., baptism, etc. This brings us to the resent crisis and the need for a chastisement to correct the consciences of people. How can Mary expect the priests to be pure and Holy and act with great faith if they grew up in an unholy impure environment and the seminaries are infiltrated with homosexuals and rationalistic formation? These priests would not know anything about being pure holy or what a good faith life is meant to be. So having gotten secular formation rather than true priestly formation we can't expect these priests to lead the reform. This is why the chastisement must come to destroy the corrupt civilizations and all the Masons alongside their masonic influence. Then after the Chastisement the few truly religious holy, pure and faith filled priest will them lead the reform without being silenced or persecuted by the Freemasons. Then the true restoration will take place in the span of 1 generation.

While I can accept that faith, customs and morals have declined over the last century that in itself doesn't prove that Vatican 2 had anything to do with it. A case can be made that Vatican 2 was given to the Church as an antidote to stem the tide of modernism and the decline in faith, customs and morals but that it was too little too late. The strongest case that Our Lady didn't have Vatican 2 in mind is that she was silent about Vatican 2. If she mentioned the Freemason sect by name 100 years before its existence why could she not mention about an Ecumenical Council in the middle of the 20th century that will cause either confusion or corruption of morals if this was what she was thinking or pointing to? This silence about Vatican 2 in itself tells me that Our Lady of Good Success doesn't see Vatican 2 as a problem but merely something that happened during this period. Remember that any heresy is based on a truth that is taken to its extreme form rather than being a complete lie or Apostasy. So Vatican 2 merely clipped the wings of modernism and progressivism to a level where the truth in these heresies can be tolerated in the Church where it is no longer a heresy rather than being a heresy that overthrows the faith, morals and customs. Have we forgotten Jesus’s promise that He will protect the Church from the gates of hell. This tells me that God protected the Vatican 2 Council from spreading any errors that will harm faith, customs and morals. It is the sexual revolution and Masonic infiltration into the mainstream of society that is responsible for the breakdown of faith, customs and morals and not Vatican 2. If things got much worse after Vatican 2 this is not because of the Council but rather because people ignored the Vatican 2 Council and continued to promote modernism and progressivism under the banner of the spirit of Vatican 2. This spirit of Vatican 2 had nothing to do with Vatican 2 itself but instead was used as an excuse to ignore Vatican 2 to continue spreading the errors of progressivism. So in conclusion we see that Our Lady's silence on Vatican 2 is not due to an oversight but because Vatican 2 is not responsible for the breakdown of faith and morals and customs that was mentioned in the message of Our Lady of Good Success.
